Shieldex® Brussels is metallized with pure silver and achieves a shielding of approx. 65 dB in the frequency range from 5 to 14 GHz. Due to the transparent mesh structure, it can be integrated as a window in EMC shielding tents or EMC shielding bags. The electrical resistance of < 0.6 Ω/□ also enables use in technical areas.

Applications

Shieldex® Brussels is a mesh fabric metallized with pure silver and the predecessor of Shieldex® Nantes. With an electrical conductivity of < 0.6 Ω/□, this conductive fabric can be used for all thermally and electrically conductive products. With a shielding performance of approx. 65 dB in the frequency range from 5 to 14 GHz, it is also ideal for all EMC applications.

For example, it is used as a window in EMC shielding tents or EMC shielding bags. The mesh structure allows visual inspection of the electronic device inside the shielding tent without any loss of shielding performance. RoHS and REACH conformity is provided.
