Properties & Applications

Shieldex® 235/36 is a Z-twisted, high-strength conductive yarn with a titre of 235 dtex. The silver-plated yarn is primarily used in products in the textile industry due to its antistatic and odor-inhibiting properties.

Examples include antistatic carpets, shielding curtains and antimicrobial and odor-inhibiting clothing for work and sports. RoHS and REACH conformity is given.

Custom Sizes

Depending on the design and model, our pouches in custom sizes are subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 50 to 100 units. The exact tier depends on the chosen variant – we would be happy to advise you individually on the options best suited to your needs.

Closure Mechanism

By default, our pouches come equipped with a hook-and-loop (Velcro) closure. On request, we also offer additional closure types – including eyelets for security seals as well as a snap-lock closure. Please note that alternative closure types – as with our custom sizes – are subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ). We would be happy to advise you individually on the options best suited to your needs.
