Shieldex® 44/10 Renycle® – an environmentally friendly and technologically advanced addition to the Shieldex yarn family. This unique yarn combines the sustainability of Renycle®—a material made from recycled Nylon 6—with the state-of-the-art silver-plating technology that defines Shieldex.

As an extension of Shieldex® 44/10, this yarn undergoes an ecological transformation through the use of Renycle®. The transition to recycled Nylon 6 underscores Shieldex's commitment to environmental protection and sustainability without compromising on quality and performance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Shieldex® 44/10 Renycle® is currently in development and has not yet been fully tested for standardized production. The available samples are development samples. Final technical data is not yet available. Shieldex® 44/10 Renycle® is currently only available as a sample.

Das Shieldex® 44/10 hat einen Titer von 44dtex und einen runden Querschnitt. Das in Z-Richtung gedrehte Garn wird vorrangig in der Textilindustrie in Produkten mit antistatischer, antimikrobieller und gegenüber elektromagnetischen Strahlen abschirmenden Funktionen verarbeitet. Ideal für Bekleidung im Bereich der Elektrosensibilität.

Weitere Beispiele der Verarbeitung sind unter anderem antimikrobielle und geruchshemmende sowie elektromagnetisch abschirmende Bekleidung sowie antistatische Teppiche und Vorhänge. Zielmarkt dieses Produktes ist die textile Großindustrie. OEKO-Tex® Zertifizierung und RoHS und REACH Konformität ist gegeben.
