Shielding performance of 80 dB in the frequency range 0.2 GHz to 14 GHz! This thermally bonded, copper-refined nonwoven fabric has an electrical surface resistance of < 0.02 Ω/□ and is therefore ideal for industrial use. Its unique feature is the self-adhesive back, which is perfect for room shielding.

Properties & Applications

Shieldex® Kiel-SK-96 is a thermally bonded nonwoven fabric metallized with pure copper. Due to the high copper content of almost 50%, the nonwoven fabric isthermalas well aselectrically conductive. The electrical surface resistance is up to <0.02 Ω/□. The shielding performance of electromagnetic radiation is up to 80 dB. For this reason, the conductive fleece is used in industry ashigh-frequency electromagnetic radiationshielding wallpaper.

 

The special feature is the self-adhesive back of the conductive fleece. The mask can be easily removed and the textile stuck to the wall. Shieldex® Kiel-SK-96 is also used in EMC seals. RoHS and REACH conformity is given.
