The Shieldex® 33/10 has a titre of 33dtex and a round cross-section. The yarn, which is twisted in the Z direction, is primarily used in the textile industry in products with antistatic, antimicrobial and electromagnetic radiation shielding functions.

Examples of this include antimicrobial and odor-inhibiting clothing, as well as electromagnetic shielding clothing, and antistatic carpets and curtains. The target market for this product is the large-scale textile industry. OEKO-Tex® certification and RoHS and REACH conformity are given.
