Antimicrobial Sample Set

Electrically and thermally conductive fabric - Shieldex® Bremen RS is a ripstop fabric metallized with pure silver and is ideal for shielding against electromagnetic radiation in the frequency range from 0.2 to 14 GHz.

Thanks to the silver and the OEKO-Tex® conformity, this antimicrobial fabric can also be used for hygiene applications. Silver is a biocidal active ingredient according to Section 67 of the EU Biocide Regulation.

Highly conductive nonwoven fabric - this thermally bonded nonwoven fabric has a silver content of approx. 17% and an electrical conductivity of < 0.5 Ω/□.

Due to its shielding and electrically conductive properties, Shieldex® Bonn is particularly suitable for sensors in medical technology and for static dissipation in electronic components.

Shieldex® Bilbao is a chemically bonded, antimicrobial nonwoven fabric with a silver content of approx. 16%.

Due to the antimicrobial effect of silver, this nonwoven fabric is primarily used as a lining material in the clothing industry. This nonwoven fabric is OEKO-Tex® Standard 100 certified and can therefore also be worn on the skin.

A silver-metallized fabric consists of 22% elastomer, which makes it stretchable in two directions.

The textile was specially developed for medical applications and for skin diseases, especially neurodermatitis. The conductive textile is OEKO-Tex® certified and can therefore be worn on the skin. Silver is a biocidal agent according to Section 67 of the EU Biocide Regulation.

Shielding performance of 80 dB in the frequency range 0.2 GHz to 14 GHz! This thermally bonded, copper-refined nonwoven fabric has an electrical surface resistance of < 0.02 Ω/□ and is therefore ideal for industrial use. Its unique feature is the self-adhesive back, which is perfect for room shielding.

Shieldex® Cologne is a chemically bonded nonwoven fabric metallized with pure copper. With a shielding performance of approx. 80 dB in the frequency range 0.2 GHz to 14 GHz, this conductive nonwoven fabric is particularly suitable for shielding cables and as a base material for fabric tapes.

With 10% silver, the fabric is particularly suitable for antimicrobial applications. Silver is a biocidal active ingredient according to Section 67 of the EU Biocide Regulation.

The textile Shieldex® tulle is available in two versions that only differ in width. The narrower version has a width of approx. 110 cm and is also OEKO-Tex® certified, while the second version is approx. 145 cm wide.

Metallized with pure silver, Shieldex® Balingen is an electrically and thermally conductive fabric. With an electrical conductivity of < 0.6 Ω/□ and a silver content of approx. 20%, this conductive fabric is ideal for smart textiles and sensory applications, but also for antimicrobial products in the hygiene sector.

Silver is a biocidal active substance according to Section 67 of the EU Biocide Regulation.
