The Shieldex® VECRO® Velcro fasteners are metallized with 99.9% pure silver. Due to the high silver content, the Velcro fasteners are electrically and thermally conductive and shield against electromagnetic radiation. Similar to the Shieldex® zippers, the silver-plated Velcro fasteners serve as a fastening option or as a connection point in various EMC applications.
